Overview
Cube CRM is a customer relationship management suite designed to accelerate sales pipelines and coordinate communication channels for B2B startups and sales agents.
The project goal was to optimize lead qualification workflows, activity tracking cards, and automated email sequences through a tabbed workspace interface.
I redesigned the primary CRM workspace layout to reduce page clutter, resulting in a 40% improvement in daily task execution speeds and pipeline clarity for sales teams.
